Fixing factual information

Your complex's listing includes factual fields: name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered. If any of these are wrong, we can fix them. To request a correction, supply the correct information and point us to where we can verify it, such as your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we confirm the data against your source, we update the field, and it will stay correct through future data refreshes.

Challenging a score or summary

Scores are never hand-edited. If you believe your score or the review summary is incorrect, a dispute means one of three things happened: your listing was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to your complex incorrectly, or the summary is not fairly representing what reviewers actually wrote. We re-examine the input data and regenerate your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher number, but a claim that the underlying data or match is wrong.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when a complex is permanently closed, when a listing is a duplicate of another, or when the complex falls outside the scope of this directory. Our system re-verifies listings monthly and automatically removes those that are closed. If your listing is accurate and in scope, we may decline the removal request, and we will tell you why plainly.
